Prosecuting

Assessing Office Actions and submitting arguments in response to objections raised by Examiners from around the world with the aim of moving the patent application(s) towards allowance and eventually an issued patent.

Renewals/Annuities

Managing payment of renewals/annuities of pending patent applications and issued patents to preserve intellectual property rights.

Conducting analysis of international patents to assess whether rights are potentially being infringed by a given party and/or whether a patent in question is valid in light of available prior art, for example.
